Your Consultation:

At our practice, we schedule a consultation with every patient, during which Dr. Piskun will discuss your options with you and answer any questions you may have. She will also talk about the results you can expect from your procedure. She will create a treatment plan and discuss costs and financial policies. Then, she will work with you to determine if you are a good candidate for your desired procedure. Dr. Piskun may also show you photos of past patients so you can get an idea of potential outcomes. All patients give their prior approval to have their photos shown to other patients. She may also take photos of you during your consultation to help her plan your procedure, and so she can make a before-and-after comparison.

Financing:

Although we work with the most prominent insurance plans in the area, cosmetic surgeries are not covered by insurance. Procedures may only be covered if they are related to breast cancer or other medical conditions. If this is the case, we will work with your insurance company to get preauthorization and discuss any benefits or coverage. However, we cannot guarantee benefits, and the amount you owe will depend on your insurance plan. Our staff can work with you to answer your questions.

After your initial consultation, we will discuss your complete pricing package, which will include your total price. You can place a small deposit to schedule your procedure right away, or as soon as you have made your decision. The full amount of the procedure must be paid in full at least one week prior to surgery. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
